About Us:

Join us in celebration of our 150th year as a church! Founded in 1858, Smithville Christian Church is located at the corner of Smithville, and Fairfax Roads in the small community of Smithville, Indiana. We are South of Bloomington near beautiful Lake Monroe.

Service Times

Sunday 9:30 am · Sunday School
Sunday School for all ages. Come, and learn about the bible!

Sunday 10:30 am · Morning Worship
You are invited to join in our Communion Service as the Lord leads you.

Sunday 10:30 am · Junior Church
There is a staffed nursery (infants to 2 years) downstairs as well as our full Junior Church (pre-school to 6th grade).

Sunday 6:00 pm · Bible Study
Join us for our Evening Bible Study, and feel free to take notes and ask questions.

Visitors always welcome!

Whether you are just in town for the weekend, or a permanent resident to the area, we welcome you to our church.

We have a Junior Church service for the youngsters (pre-school to 6th grade), and a staffed nursery (infants to 2 years).

We also have activities for the teens, and adults.

On Sunday evening (6:00 pm) we have a Bible Study where you can learn the bible, and feel free to ask questions.
